Eligibility for Refunds

  • Within 24 hours: Full refund if the service is not working and we cannot resolve the issue within 24 hours
  • Technical issues: If persistent technical problems prevent streaming and our support team cannot fix them
  • Non-delivery: If activation credentials are not delivered within 60 minutes of payment

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Service is working but customer wants to cancel for personal reasons
  • Issues caused by customer’s internet connection, device compatibility, or incorrect setup
  • Refund requested after the subscription period has been substantially used
  • Account credentials shared with others violating terms of service

How to Request a Refund

Digital Service Notice

Since IPTV subscriptions are digital services, traditional “returns” do not apply. Instead, we resolve issues through technical support or account replacement where applicable.
