This Refund and Returns Policy explains how SmartersPro-Officiel handles refund requests for orders placed on our Website. Please read carefully before purchasing any IPTV subscription or related digital service from us.
Scope of This Policy
This policy applies to all digital services and subscriptions offered on our Website, including IPTV subscriptions for different durations and multi-device plans.
We do not sell physical products, so there are no physical returns or exchanges.
Digital Services & Activation
All our products are digital services. After payment is confirmed, we generate and deliver access details (account credentials, activation code, or server URL) for your IPTV subscription.
Because access is provided digitally and can be used immediately, services are considered "used" once the activation details have been created and sent to you.
General Refund Principle
We aim to be transparent and fair. Refunds are handled under the following rules:
When a Refund May Be Considered
In specific cases, we may issue a partial or full refund even after activation:
- Technical issues we cannot resolve — a persistent problem that makes normal use impossible after reasonable troubleshooting
- Duplicate payment or order error — you accidentally paid twice or selected the wrong plan and notified us immediately
- Unauthorized transaction — your payment method was used without your authorization (subject to investigation)
What Is NOT Covered
The following situations are not eligible for a refund:
- Internet or device problems on your side (slow connection, Wi-Fi issues, outdated hardware)
- Third-party application changes (app store updates, device restrictions, OS limits)
- Personal preference (changed your mind, dislike channel selection, or no longer need the service)
- Temporary outages caused by maintenance or external providers resolved within a reasonable time
Subscription Length & Renewals
When you purchase a subscription (1, 3, 6, or 12 months), access is granted for that specific period from the activation date.
- No automatic renewal by default — subscriptions do not renew automatically unless clearly stated at checkout
- No partial refund for unused time — we do not normally refund the remaining time if you stop using the service early

Processing Time
If a refund is approved, we will process it using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
Timing depends on your bank or provider, but usually takes 3 to 10 business days to appear in your account.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Before opening a dispute or chargeback with your bank, please contact us first. In most cases, we can resolve the issue faster directly with you.
If a chargeback is initiated without prior contact, we reserve the right to suspend active subscriptions associated with that payment and restrict future orders.
